Description
The Les Alpages residence is a complex of 6 buildings ideally located in the heart of the village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, in the Alps, at the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and just 50 meters from the ski school.
Nestled in the heart of the Espace Diamant, this authentic village resort offers exclusive access to 192 km of interconnected slopes linking Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Both beginner and experienced skiers will find an exceptional playground in the heart of a preserved alpine environment.
The village center, known as NDB 1150, is the ideal location to fully enjoy the resort, with all shops, entertainment, and services right at your fingertips. You’ll be charmed by the warm atmosphere, authenticity, and typical Savoyard charm of this mountain village.
In summer, the residence offers a private pool and tennis court, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Numerous marked trails start right nearby, and the Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, provides easy access to spectacular views of Mont Blanc.
The surrounding area also offers beautiful excursions, with Megève 15 minutes away, Chamonix 50 minutes away, and Annecy about an hour’s drive away.

MARIMEL Apartment - Les Alpages Residence - Building No. 4
New apartment of approximately 48 m², ideal for accommodating 6 people. Located on the 6th floor, it features a south-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of Mont Charvin and the village.
The residence enjoys a prime location at the foot of the slopes, with direct access to the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school located just 50 m away, while shops are 100 m away. It also features an outdoor pool (during the summer season).

OUR OPINION: New, modern, and very functional apartment, ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 6 people. Its prime location at the foot of the slopes, right next to the ski school and shops, is a real asset for fully enjoying the resort without using a car.
Additional services available:

Double bed linen rental (140/160/180 cm): 19 € per set;
Single bed linen rental (90 cm): €17 per set;
Bath towel rental: €10 per person (large towel, small towel, and bath mat);
