Description
The residence Les Oursons, composed of 2 buildings, is located at the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school. Village center at 3.5km. In winter, bread and snacks are available on site.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to make the most of their vacations.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is composed of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. The Mont Rond, or NDB 1350, is the privileged starting point of the skiers because it is the most central of the Espace Diamant.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 7km away.

Warm apartment of 89m² including 24m² out of the carrez law, on the third floor of this small residence at the foot of the slopes of the Espace diamant. You will appreciate its south-east balcony with a view on the snow front and its north-west balcony with a view on Le Lachat and the Mont Charvin.

OUR OPINION : Living room of a good surface with its balcony view on the slopes. Spacious apartment, facing the snow front and the ski school. Very convenient for a family with children or for vacations with friends.
